Job Overview:
As a CM Analyst and Logistics Technician, you will be expected to complete a variety of assignments, that do change based on current needs. You will become familiar with the ordering process of equipment for all projects, tracking of equipment, shipping and receiving along with warranty and maintenance tracking for all equipment.

The ideal candidate will have previously worked as an instructor and / or has Public Safety Software experience.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree + 4 years of applicable experience or equivalent applicable experience
Candidate must be a US Citizen and be able to obtain a US Secret clearance.
Configuration Management and / or Logistics Experience Required
Familiarity with Computer Aided Dispatch systems or Public Safety Software a plus
Experience with Microsoft operating systems. Windows 2016 Server and Windows 10 experience required.
Must work well with others, be able to learn new technologies required.
Exhibit excellent work ethics and verbal communications skills required.
Ability to function independently with little supervision and guidance required.
Availability to travel as needed to customer sites required.
Ability to work directly with customers to gather required information to resolve issues
Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite products required
Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and/or Oracle preferred.
Familiarity with relational database structure preferred.
Must be able to work, days, evenings, nights and weekends to support a 24/7 help desk
